Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. To start the process, simply email us at info@seaturtlesports.com within 5 days of delivery. Please use the subject line "Returned Item" and include your contact information.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping) or send a replacement, your choice.

Defective Products

If you're returning an item due to a material defect, please clearly describe the issue in your email. We’ll cover return shipping costs for defective items and send you a replacement at no cost.

Condition & Value

If returned items show signs of use or damage (excluding defects), a partial refund may apply, reflecting a reduction in value agreed upon between you and our team.
